My Kindle had a worn out and loose charge port and RockIT Repairs fixed it for the quoted price and it functioned flawlessly after its return. I had to wait a little longer than I had hoped for it but this is because they had to order more charge ports but I feel that the delayed delivery of the parts was a circumstance beyond their control. I have recommended them to a few of my friends and Colleagues and would have no hesistantion to recommend them to anyone. Thanks Rock IT.

I sent my phone in to RockIT Repairs for water damage, my phone would boot but would never get past the startup screen. When they received my phone they let me know and as soon as they did they're diagnostics/repair on it that it would now turn on and function but that the outward facing camera needed to be replaced. I had them replace it and received my phone shortly after. The phone would turn on and function just as stated. However, several feature on my phone no longer work, I'm sure it's due to the water damage and nothing RockIT did though. My screen rotation no longer works(Camera stuck in Horizontal mode too), speaker is muffled sounding, phone randomly resets without initiating. The repair was much cheaper than purchasing a new phone so I am thankful for the service and would use again.

When we got the unit back it worked for a couple of days--then would not charge up. I just bought her the newer Kindle Fire. Since the case on the old one had already been jimmied somewhat, I decided to take it apart and found the new battery I had them install while fixing the charging port and not been done quite right. I worked on it myself and a year later it is also working fine. Just looked like they were in too much of a hurry to fix unit, but understand as it was around holiday.

I mailed in my phone to have RockIT replace the charging port. They did a good job. Phone came back able to charge again and continues to do so four months later. Only hiccup was slow delivery of the phone by RockIT back to me. RockIT informed me that my phone was on its way back on Friday, I believe, but it actually didn't ship until a day or two later. As I had planned the repairs to be done while I was on an overseas trip, I ended up not having my phone for a few days after I returned from travel. Not a huge deal, but enough to mention.
