Tried to order on two different occasions only to be booted off the video call multiple times. I video chat on my phone multiple times a week, so I know it's not my phone or connection. You get booted then they want you to re-schedule days later. I think the whole thing is a scam in order for them to get a free 10 business day loan. (The amount of time it takes to get a refund) I was wondering why these guys were cheaper than most of the other companies out there.

Hi Mike, Thank you for your feedback. I’m very sorry to hear about the trouble you experienced with the video consultations, it’s definitely not the experience we want for our patients. We take these issues seriously and want to assure you that our process is legitimate. The delays and rescheduling can sometimes happen due to high demand or technical issues on the platform but it’s never intentional. Your refund is processed according to our standard timeline and we’re here to help if there’s any issue with it. Thank you again for bringing this to our attention. Best regards, RocketRX

Signed me up for a subscription, I did not want. Customer service does not exist. Can’t get response to get canceled. I would avoid this company .
