It's a great site and it's quick and easy to reorder product, but I keep getting flagged for consultations before they will fill my orders. I've had 2 consultations within about 4 months, the last one a month ago, and just got flagged to do another one. Fortunately I was able to chat with an actual human to get it resolved.
