Used to order with no problem, I like the product, but last customer service was not professional, I sent via email my ID expiring in 2027 clearly in the picture i sent, she said it already expired in in 2023 which is false!!! she said I may have multiple IDs !! She made me feel guilty. I have only 1 legal ID. She was rude and I unprofessional. The order wasn't discretely dropped front the building my friends found it and asked me what is this? It should be delivered in my mail box not front the building on the street!!

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re very sorry to hear about your recent experience, as this is not the level of service we aim to provide. Your concerns regarding the ID verification and the interaction you had with our team are important, and we will be reviewing this internally to ensure it doesn’t happen again. We also apologize for the delivery issue you encountered. Your order should have been delivered discreetly and securely, and we regret that this was not the case. Please reach out to us directly so we can look into your account, address these concerns in detail, and make things right. We truly appreciate your patience and the opportunity to improve.
