I have an ongoing subscription and my order is supposed to ship every 60 days. I was expecting order on 28 Sep. On 7 Oct I checked and my order still hadnt shipped, no notice nothing. Worked with Customer service (Brian -who was very helpful) to get new order. Would appreciate at least a notice if order is not shipping.

After answering a few questions and picking the recommended dosage, the ordering process is very easy and convenient. Then waiting for the doctor's approval for the prescription, order process and shipping was fast and seamless.
