I thought Rockbros was a trustworthy company, but my experience has been terrible. I specifically orderd from them, because they promised 3-4 day shipping time, as i needed last minute items for my trip. My order was not processed until 5 days later and it took 14 days to arrive, thus not being able to actually go through with my planned trip. Moreover, 4 out of 6 items were missing from the order. Do not rely on rockbros to deliver any kind of decent service. never again.

I ordered and received a ROCKBROS 1/4-Inch Ratchet Socket Wrench Set 2.5-8mm Allen Hex Torx Sockets. Unfortunately the 6mm Allen Hex was not included in the package. Instead of sending the missing hex, Rockbros send a whole new set! It was beyond expectation. I will continue to buy their products.

Sent in a return over a month ago after fighting with the company just to get commo going and get a return slip. So far, no refund. Pretty sure I got scammed.

I purchased the pump last October and didn't have need to use it until I had a flat in May 2025. After sending in a request for a replacement pump and after a couple of messages back and forth, I received a replacement. Apparently the pump was faulty and the replacement was honored,

Rockbros have really very good quality products from tail lights, cycling caps, air pumps, cycling professional glasses, clothes, bike bags and bike computers. Not only that but when something for some reason does not work as intended they find a solution right away, so purchase their products for me is a piece of mind and sure i will be satisfied with their performance. I truly recommend this brand.

Took a while but rock bros made everything right, love my bike seat.

I ordered a kickstand for a mountain bike and recieved notice through USPS Tracking that the shipment had been lost or damaged and could not be delivered. I contacted Rockbros 7 times at three different customer service emails (us@rockbrosusa, service@rockbrosbike, info@rockbrosusa), and messaged them on Facebook. No response. Silence. All I want is confirmation that a replacement is being shipped immediately and Rockbros has not so much as acknowledged I exist. Update: Rockbros finally reached out to me after I ordered the kickstand from another dealer and after I filed a charge dispute with my credit card company. Ultimately, the charge was reversed -- but only after significantly more effort than it should have taken. They asked me to update my review, so I am. However, my review accurately reflects my experience. Hopefully, they have improved and fixed their procedural issues to prevent this from happening to other customers in the future.
