RoccatReviews of roccat.com

Mostly used only Roccat mouse. But This is my 5th one witch goes bad and right click breaks. Not a single mouse has lasted over a year. As much as I love design and comfort of roccat .Its time for me to look in other options out there

Roccat one of the best company for gaming equip top quality nice optic every peace is perfection in ergonomic and design

Got the Kain 100 a while back and Idk if it was just my luck, but it is janky as hell. The scroll wheel jumps everywhere, and it double clicks ounce in a while. The wheel is my Kain problem though as it happens just about every time I use it. It started fist day and it wasn't that big of a deal at first, but it is just getting worse to the point where it's about unusable. What sucks is I really want to like the mouse. The wheel and the clicks feel great to use in the hand. The shape is nice as well. If only it actually functioned properly

Bought my mouse 2 years ago, yesterday it fell down and now the mouse wheel is broken. Asked the support for a spare part or a repair service but apparently both options are out of the question. Now I'll have to buy a new mouse because the mouse wheel in my 100€ Leadr apparently can't be replaced. At least I now know where I won't be buying anymore.

I purchased a Roccat Sova lapboard in the spring of 2016. Within a few months, the left CTRL key and q key and a key start acting up. I can fix with compressed air, but the problems resurface over time. At the beginning of 2020, the USB cable starts to go; I’m losing connection to my PC frequently. One of the LED keys flickers like an old motel sign. Since the USB cable is detachable, I emailed support asking for a new one. Nope! They don’t have any parts apparently. A $200 keyboard that couldn’t last 2 years.

I bought the Kone Pure Ultra from their website , but quickly realized the shape doesn't suit me an revoked my purchase the day after First: I didn't even get an receipt, klicked on the website to request one -IGNORED! two weeks later no receipt Wrote an email to support stating I revoke my purchase (you can within 14days) and want to return it -IGNORED! One week later, nothing but a automated response Wrote another email a week later -IGNORED , another automated response No telephone number, nothing Thinking now, if I send the mouse back I won't even get my money back with 90% probability Antrocious, unprofessional and frankly borderline-criminal Never again ,Roccat
