Useless customer service that just abandon and ignore you if they can't help. Three years I've tried to get my purchase fixed. Such a strange company, their software and support forums seem to have been abandoned years ago yet they still bring out new products?

Jeg har oplevet at jeg havde sendt et tastatur tilbage, da jeg sendte mit Roccat Ryos MK tilbage, fik jeg af vide at jeg ville få refunderingen efter 3-5 dage, men de kom aldrig ind, så jeg vil sige at jeg har fået den værste service i verden... Jeg beholder min ene stjerne, indtil jeg har fået min refundering, og hvis i fra Roccat ser mit review, så skriv gerne tilbage, også kan jeg give jer mit ordre nummer, så i kan være sikre på at sende pengene... For det er ret irriterende at man sender noget tilbage, også man bliver snydt af dem man snakker med.

Had a problem w. a keyboard. The LEDS were dying off 1 by 1. After a couple of emails back and forth, they send me a brand new replacement, free of charge. Also, I got to keep the old keyboard. 10/10, will buy again.

Produit bien fini, très bonne qualité. Service après vente NUL ! faut remplir un méga formulaire en anglais et bien sûre pas de réponse, Sans compter sur le CM de leur facebook qui efface mes messages pourtant très polis dans lesquels je demandais juste un peu d'aide.
