One of the worst companies to ever exist especially for headphones, every single headset has insanely bad sound quality and will always be broken in some sort of way. I've ordered 3 headsets from roccat and they all either came broken, not connecting properly or completely faulty. Do not buy any products from this company switch to either razer or steelseries where you will be happier.

Ich war bis dato ein zufriedener Kunde bei Roccat bzw. Turtlebeach, obwohl deren Produkte nach geraumer Zeit immer einen Mangel aufgewiesen hatten, wie es zu Beginn mit ihren Elo Headsets und dem Syn Max Air war, bei dem entweder das Kabel einen Defekt hatte, die Kopfhörerhalterung auseinanderbrach oder es einen Wackelkontakt gab. Zum Glück war das alles innerhalb der Gewährleistungsfrist und ich habe er repariert/ersetzt bekommen. Leidergottes ist es bei meiner Roccat Pyro diesmal anders - die Frist ist seit einem halben Jahr abgelaufen, und jetzt zeigt die Tastatur Mängel bei der Steuerungstaste links auf. Diese funktioniert nur noch sporadisch, obwohl ich sie immer sorgfältig behandelt habe und sie nicht in Kontakt mit Flüssigkeiten kam. Physisch funktioniert die Taste einwandfrei, also muss es entweder an der Platine oder an irgendeiner Hardwarekomponente liegen, auf die ich keinen Einfluss habe. Ich habe daraufhin den Kundensupport angeschrieben und nach einer Kulanzlösung gebeten, diese Nachricht wurde aber ignoriert und auf meine zweite Supportanfrage habe ich gar keine Antwort bekommen. Mit dieser Rezension möchte ich allen zukünftigen potenziellen KäuferInnen von Roccat bzw. Turtlebeach abraten, deren Produkte zu kaufen, da diese entweder kurz vor der Gewährleistungsfrist oder kurz danach einen Schaden aufweisen, der das Gerät quasi unbrauchbar macht und der Kundensupport dabei nicht helfen wird. Es ist eine Schande, dass über die letzten Jahre die Qualität deren Produkte dermaßen leiden musste, da ich Roccat/Turtlebeach Produkte sehr mochte, aber aufgrund der Mängel und der Unbereitschaft des Supportes zu helfen, zu anderen Hardwareanbietern wechseln muss.

Top expensive for it's quality. Software is really bad und hard to use. No options using RGB Synchronisation. Customer Support is just an insult, if your mouse breaks before the warranty is over - you get... Nothing - this happened twice. More than enough to NEVER EVER touch anything from this company. German Quality with a cheap Chinese heart.

A new review of Roccat Kone XP mouses. I have three of them purchased one by one. 1st is cable Rocatt XP. The wheel button during scrolling down scrols up ones in two scrolls. Even more. Its super annoying while browsing, mentaly braking while playing games. 2nd another cable Rocatt XP. freezes mouse pointer while movin. You can also mentaly breakdown while browsing and playing games. 3rd is XP Air and that one doesnt recharge. in total its about 300 eur down the drain Maybe you are asking why you keep buying this mouse. I dont care about flashing lights. I care about buttons and it fits in to my hand perfectly. Thats why I keep believing in to find the one that works ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

J'ai acheté Le ROCCAT Torch Microphone est je sais pas pourquoi mais il fonctionne seulment sur les application mais pas sur les jeux ducoup je ne vous conseille de pas acheter se ce site à la place aller sur le commerce GXTrust de plus pourquoi faire un microphone separable du stand
