My headset broke after a few months, they immediatly sent me another one in perfect condition. Great after-sales service, great prices, and good sound quality.

I had a very good experience with the customer service after I ordered the wrong keyboard layout. My wife absolutely loves the look and feel of the keyboard and mouse as it matches her new custom built PC (white shadow). The only issue we are having now is that the mouse keeps right clicking on its own which is super annoying and we will be returning.

Once I finally got a response to my inquiry the process was smooth and swift. Roccat personnel were very helpful and nice. I had to submit two inquiries to Roccat support about 4 weeks apart. After submitting the second inquiry I received a response within a couple of days. I do not know if that was in responce to my first inquiry or the second. Perhaps there was an issue with the first inquiry and it was never received.

The product is good-looking and the functions are great although the price is a little bit high. The keyboard I board has key cap peeling issues but the customer service is nice and quick. So overall a great experience.

Also.
