I've had a great experience with Roccat products - they are great to use, long-lasting, and customizable. I've also had a great experience with Roccat customer support resolving issues with the products.

Customer service was helpful in trying to diagnose my mouse's issue and sending a replacement when it was found to be a hardware problem.

I like Roccat quite a bit, and their warranty has saved me twice now (well, thrice technically). I had an issue with my mouse's wheel, and got that replaced for free pretty quickly, and my keyboard's key's started to get stuck on some of the keys and made typing and gaming pretty uncomfortable. However, Roccat was quick to help me with all of my issues. My only issue is that the company does not have spare parts for keyboards. My keyboard replacement's space bar was unevenly made, and my old key for the space bar would not fit on it, so I asked for a replacement of that key. However, Roccat does not provide individual keys, so I had to do the same thing that I had done before and get a whole new keyboard. Hopefully in the future, they create individual keys that support can send to people or offer replacement keys online.

The product are probably the best you can find in the market. I had an issue with my keyboard with some key, and support helped me identifed the issue and use the warranty for that and I had a fully functional keyboard that I use now everyday. and this has been done in less than 2 week including shipping!! I have the Roccat mouse and Keyboard and they are ridiculously good!! Just recommend this brand (at least keyboard and mouse) to everyone.

J'ai mis 3 étoiles car la gamme Roccat est bonne mais leur dernier casque est de mauvaise facture et ils ne veulent pas le reconnaître officiellement, en effet les cousinet attrape la poussière et s'y colle car de la colle sort des cousinet (c'est arrivé avec 2 casque Syn Pro Air) et j'ai demandé des explication à Roccat et ils m'ont renvoyés des coussinets ... ok merci mais le problème restera récurant. Autre chose et pas des moindres, j'ai un clavier Roccat vulcan et la souris aussi qui utilise le programme Swarm et pourtant, le syn pro air n'utilise pas ce programme, il utilise AIMO, le nouveau programme de gestions des RBG de chez Roccat, celui ci est incompatbile avec le reste de mon matériel et biensûr sur le site internet où je l'ai acheté ou même sur leur site internet, il n'est fait nulle mention que ceux ci ne seront pas compatible avec la gamme Swarm, Roccat se fou de nous et essaie de nous faire passer la pillule de sa nouvelle gamme via un nouveau programme non rétroactif! scandaleux, je n'acheterai plus jamais cette marque même si je suis satisfait du clavier et de la souris, c'est du pure marketing !
