We sincerely apologize for the frustration you have experienced, particularly regarding our rates, customer service, and the confusion surrounding your payment. We take your concerns seriously and would like to clarify what happened with your account and the $1,004.25 payment you mentioned. We understand that you attempted to make a payment of $1,004.25 by phone. Our investigation found that while this payment was initially submitted for processing, we received a notification from our third-party payment vendor on October 20th stating that the transaction was reversed because the payment was stopped by the originator. This means that, although your bank, Chase, may have initially shown the funds leaving your account, the payment did not successfully clear on our end because it was stopped before reaching us. This explains why our team initially informed you that the payment was not received. We also apologize for the difficulties you faced when trying to reach us. We understand that your experience with our automated system and the lack of returned calls was unacceptable. We tried to contact you on October 16th, 21st, and 22nd to discuss your concerns and the payment issue, but unfortunately, we were unable to connect with you. The Servicemembers Civil Relief Act protects financial obligations incurred prior to when a servicemember receives orders. We do call customers once the payment is late, as is our right. We do not harass our customers, and all of our calls are made in compliance with applicable law. Regarding the information needed to create a new payment profile, we apologize for any confusion, but when the system requests an address, it refers to the customer's address associated with their bank account.
