Have tried many times to set up auto pay and move due date back 6 days ,have over a 800 credit score and called many times. In my 50 years they are the worst at helping resolve issues.

Late fee might be more than payment.
I have been billed a $30. Late fee on a $42 dollar payment that I thought was made 18 days earlier over the internet but evidently didn’t go through because of something on their end. Tried again today over the internet and then called asking if it went through. Was told i would have received a confirmation # if it had. Made the payment again over the phone while I was on it with the women. I was charged the $30 late fee even after emailing saved photos of my online payments. The interest and fees they charge isn’t worth it. Will not recommend or use them again.

I purchased a 2014 Can-Am Spyder RS-S on September 27, 2019, from a used motorcycle dealership that Road Runner Financial financed my purchase. I did not receive my tag/title within the 45 days as required by the State of GA Pena Code 40-3-33. I contacted Road Runner from November 30, 2019, to January 21, 2020, concerning this issue. I am aware that they do not handle tag/title the dealership does but I would think that a company who financing a vehicle would be more concerned why they have not received the necessary paperwork within the 45 Days Unconditional Guarantee of Title (page 14) of my contract. I contacted Dedra (title department) constant lies about returning calls or she was working on the issue. She even went as far as to tell me it was a holiday is a reason she did not return my call (Martin Luther King Day January 20, 2020). Why employ lazy and lying employees such as Dedra who say one thing only to not show any action until I made the comment that I will seek legal representation to handle this situation?

I did receive a call from Debbie Affinito (January 31, 2020) in which she tried to up play the situation. First, she stated they have a company that goes after dealership concerning titles and then she stated Dedra have hundreds of title that she has to retrieve from dealerships with each day. I stated about the 45-day unconditional guarantee clause that is in my contract her response was that it has nothing to do with me only between the Road Runner and the dealership Rock City Cycles. Ok, why have a customer sign a contract when all parties are not going to be responsible for their part. Not to mention my contract states that no Law of Georgia nor federal will be violated. According to the dates I have both state law and federal law was violated. I understand this is a fairly new company but rules apply to all parties of this contract. You would think a finance company would be concerned why they have not received proper paperwork from a dealership for a motorcycle that was purchased on September 27, 2019. Like it stated it was submitted on January 22, 2020.

Dear, Ms. Prater,
Thank you for your feedback. We apologize for the delay and frustration you experienced getting your permanent tags to your vehicle. Please be assured that Roadrunner is very concerned about title work being concluded promptly by all of our selling dealers. Since the time you obtained your loan, we have made continued efforts to resolve your title issue with the selling dealer, and as a result we understand that as of 1/22/20 permanent tags to the vehicle have been issued. Please contact your selling dealer to arrange picking up your tags. If you need any further assistance, please feel free to contact us at 833-288-1367.

I have been trying for weeks to make a payment on the website. The only other choice is to pay over the phone for an extra fee. I have even called and was told that you cant use your cell phone. So I logged onto a computer and the woman on the phone had me clicking on obscure parts of pages to advance. "Ok, click on the red dot above the guy in the blue shirt". I finally got my account created but the website wouldn't advance to the screen to make my payment. It is by far the WORST website I have ever encountered.

I’m sure this is a good company to work with if you are a dealer. As far as being a consumer absolutely terrible. If you make the payment the day after it’s due they are calling you asking for the payment. Like really what if someone was busy. You expect everyone to pay you the day of and use auto pay but getting good customer service is like pulling teeth. I also really hope your not expecting to improve your credit with this company because since January they have had every excuse as to why they aren’t reporting to the credit agencies. I love my can am but it’s not worth dealing with them.

Hi, we are sorry to hear that you were not satisfied with the process. Since our system is 100% online and paperless, there can be a learning curve with the first few deals. The good news is that once you are comfortable with the program, we can close and fund deals same day which is a unique offering for a second-look lender. In addition, there is no need to snail mail contract packages!
We'd love to re-connect and walk you through the program so you are comfortable with it and we will be available to help you close all of your deals. We also take your feedback very seriously and would love if you emailed us at [email protected] with your suggestions on how we can improve the overall experience for you!
