I contacted roadrunner to see about…
I contacted roadrunner to see about refinancing so I could get a better interest rate. My credit score is pretty good. They said they don’t do that. I was shocked when I looked at the interest rate on my on my account! That is not what I agreed to. I believe they are predatory lender, buyer beware.
Response from Roadrunner FinancialApr 13, 2026
Hello Shelly,
We regret to hear that your experience with our company did not meet your expectations.
At Roadrunner Financial, we prioritize transparency. Our interest rates are determined by various factors, including credit history and the specific risk profile of the application, to ensure we are offering competitive terms for each individual. We ensure that the APR and all loan terms are clearly disclosed in the contract for review before any documents are signed or finalized.
While we do not offer internal refinancing, you are welcome to explore refinancing options through a third-party bank or credit union that may better suit your current financial goals.
Should you have any further questions, we would encourage you to reach out to us at [email protected] or call us at 833-288-1367. Thank you, Roadrunner Financial, Consumer Advocacy Department

My fiancee bought a sxs and they keep…
My fiancee bought a sxs and they keep changing the contract. The dealership is trying their best to help. But if they keep changing it we will be returning the sxs back to the dealership. They are beyond sketchy and this is not how you work with consumers.
Response from Roadrunner FinancialApr 6, 2026
Hello, MegaCkie Jessen.
We are sorry to hear about the frustration regarding your fiancé's side-by-side purchase. Transparency is very important to us, and we want to ensure everything regarding the contract terms is correct and clearly understood.
Because the application is likely under your fiancé's name, we are unable to locate the account in our system from this review. We would greatly appreciate the opportunity to review the details of this contract and help resolve the situation.
Kindly reach out to us at (833) 288-1367 (Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM CST) so that we can try to resolve your issue.
Thank you, Roadrunner Financial, Consumer Advocacy Department

They don’t care !
My dad had a camper with them. He passed last November. I reached out and explained what had happened and provided a death certificate. I was willing to continue to make the payments and they even said I could but they wouldn’t provide any information on how much was owed or how much the payments were. I was still in the process of filing an estate. They said I could pay whatever but I didn’t want to risk of doing that and they still come and reprocess it. I kept trying to work with them and now they have it up for repossession.
Response from Roadrunner FinancialMar 30, 2026
Dear Christian,
We regret to hear that your experience with our company did not meet your expectations. Please accept our deepest condolences for your loss. We understand how incredibly difficult it is to navigate the process of managing an estate, and we are truly sorry for the added frustration you have experienced while trying to handle your father's camper account.
Because protecting our customers' privacy and security is a top priority, our policies strictly require us to receive and verify specific legal estate documentation, beyond a death certificate, before we can release account balances, due dates, or payment details to anyone not originally listed on the loan. We know this process can feel restrictive and discouraging, especially when your goal is simply to keep the account current.
We have reviewed the account and are dedicated to helping you navigate the next steps. Please understand that we need certain estate documentation to be able to discuss the account details with you. Please feel free to reach out to us using one of the following methods: chat with us on our website, email us at [email protected], or call us at 646-370-5471. Thank you, Roadrunner Financial, Consumer Advocacy Department

I paid off my loan three weeks ago
I paid off my loan three weeks ago, and I have documents proving the payoff. They now tell me it may be the first of April before the lien is released.
Response from Roadrunner FinancialMar 20, 2026
Hello Wayne,
We are sorry to hear that you were dissatisfied with our company. Following a thorough investigation into the matter, we confirmed your account has been paid off as of 02/26/2026. Following your payoff, there is a standard 10-day processing hold before a lien can be released. Our release request was submitted to the state of Florida on 03/07/2026. While we submit these requests promptly, the update to the state’s database is subject to their specific processing hours and timelines.
Regarding the April date mentioned, the 4-week window provided by a previous agent is a broad estimate to account for standard mail transit. It is not a reflection of when the lien itself is released. We sincerely apologize for any frustration caused by this situation. We are pleased to inform you that as of today, 03/11/2026, your lien has been released, and a copy of the release was emailed to you. Please allow up to 2 to 4 weeks to receive your lien release letter through standard mail to obtain your title.
Should you have any further questions, we would encourage you to reach out to us at [email protected] or call us at 833-288-1367. Thank you, Roadrunner Financial, Consumer Advocacy Department

I was hardly late on my payments, until I was hurt on my job at the MTA i continue PA.\n Ying my bike. I explained to road runner financial that I had to workman's.\n Claim. On file.\nAnd I was denied\nAnd that I was going to get paid five months of back pay then proceeded to ask them if I could waive 1 or 2 late fees from my payment. I was told they don't do that. Dear Mr. Gonzalez,
Thank you for sharing your feedback and giving us the opportunity to address your concerns directly. We are sorry to hear about your work injury. We understand how a delay in your workers' compensation claim can cause financial stress, and we understand your concerns regarding late fees.
Please note that all fees are clearly disclosed before a customer enters into the contract and are fully compliant with relevant laws, rules, and regulations. We strive to be consistent with all our customers by adhering to the terms outlined in the original financing agreement. During our conversations in December, we explained that those fees did not need to be paid immediately to bring the account current, though they would still be part of the final payoff balance.
We are glad, however, that you were able to reach back out once you returned to work to settle the remaining balance in full, and we have initiated the process to release the lien on your financed unit.
Should you have any further questions, we would encourage you to reach out to us at [email protected] or call us at 646-370-5471.
Thank you, Roadrunner Financial, Consumer Advocacy Department

This company is very shady
This company is very shady. Somehow, my account for my motorcycle is locked. In order to unlock it, you have to call the customer service number, which I did. The representative does not know exactly why it’s locked, nor can they unlock it for me. The representative did state that it would automatically lock for non-payment, however my last payment was about 20 days ago, and my new payment isn’t due for another 10 days. Once I stated that and they were able to verify on their end they stated that a “specialist” was going to get back to me, which they haven’t. Round and round they send you. Why have a customer service number when the representatives can’t help. Utterly ridiculous, please buyers beware!

Hello J Desmarais.
We are sorry to hear that you were dissatisfied with our company. Following a thorough investigation into the matter, we identified that your account was affected by a system error that incorrectly locked your online account. We want to emphasize that this glitch was entirely internal and was not a reflection of your payment history or actual account status. We have since corrected the error, and you should now have full access to your account through our online portal. During our conversation on January 22, we discussed these investigation results and confirmed that your account remains in good standing.
We appreciate your patience while we worked to resolve this technical issue, and thank you for giving us the opportunity to clarify your account standing. Furthermore, we sincerely apologize for the lapse in communication that was promised during one of your previous calls. We regret any frustration this caused, as prompt service is a core priority for our team.
Should you have any further questions, we would encourage you to reach out to us at [email protected] or call us at 833-288-1367.
Thank you, Roadrunner Financial, Consumer Advocacy Department
