i cancelled the service and contined charging my card. i called them and they said processed a refund. t hey never refunded. ai sent email that credit for future charges. i called again same thing lets see if they credit. i am calling the credit and reporting this to consumer affairs

Overall my experience has been positive. Truly my greatest concern is the pricing and when the total pricing was presented. For me, even at the current price point it’s definitely stretching the limits of affordable for me on a fixed income.

Hi Nancy! I requested additional information from you so I can provide additional information about the pricing for medication. Unfortunately we don't set the price for GLP-1 medication - pricing comes from the manufacturers. Depending on the medication you chose there are discounts available from the manufacturer that would apply to your treatment through Ro.

Not having yet begun taking the medication, I can nevertheless say that the process of applying and being approved by a physician through Ro for a GLP-1 was SEAMLESS. And their communication every step of the way has been quick, clear, and concise. I wish there was an Android app but no matter--the mobile functionality on their website is clean and easy to read and navigate. I'm very glad I went with Ro. Also, there is no pressure to subscribe any longer than you want to and, as a person using the program without insurance, it is SO affordable!
