How great it is to rely on Ro to followup and notify me when the prescription has expired, ease of renewing the Rx and the timely shipping and excellent packaging. The numerous services provided with just this one Rx saves me time and a "must" with my busy schedule.

After several weeks and multiple Emails, several customer service representatives have apologized, and, as you can see, I was offered a free month. This is not an offer for a free month. I paid the first month but could not get the correct Rx or price so I canceled before being charged again. This offer is simply to not charge the cost for me to take the time to RE APPLY, and start the process again. Each apology began with how busy they are, but not an acknowlegment of my time. I don't want to go through this process with Ro again. There are many online providers so if I start over, it will be with another provider. If it is this hard to get started, I doubt it gets easier if I need help along the way.
