I was very skeptic about trying this online dr.thing that a co-worker told me about but at the same time the thought in my mind was maybe this will be a little more private than your local small town everyone knows your business dr visit so I tried it. And man let me tell you the Dr. I got is probably the most through, very respectful and really knows his practice. The meds were to the point and when they got off a little we adjusted them (per my dr) and back in the game I was. Never once have I had to wait on emails, private messages etc more than a few hours and the meds come really fast too!!! All and all I’d give RO a 110percent and a job well done so far!!! I paid the monthly plan, got my blood test and the results. However, they have then failed to follow-up with the prescription of the treatment I am pursuing. They said there would be a response in 3-5 days, but there hasn't been. I have sent them numerous follow-up messages in the chat, emailed them, and tried calling, but there is no response. It is as if the company just shut down for a week. Don't waste your money, go somewhere there has the capacity to deliver to patients and customers.

The product worked, RO made it easy to buy, and their support appears excellent.

Update! After the email, I went back to login and it says they have no such email!!! But they used my PayPal email to charge me $99 for nothing! No one answers the phone, no address! The advertising is misleading. It is made to look as if you get your first month of medication for $99 then $135. Once processed and you look further, you'll find that these charges do not include medication at all! You pay more for the meds and they don't tell you the heck that's going to be until they "review" you answers! I immediately emailed to cancel because I did not select to "start the program" but they charged my card $99 anyway. Then I get an email saying they can't find my account and ask me to provide sensitive in formation such as my full name, address, date of birth, email address and phone number. I sent them a picture of the PayPal transaction. What a scam! I will be reporting them to my bank and PayPal

They deliver what they say. Good pricing, good products.

I really enjoy this product it has helped me tremendously to perform like I used to. Every 3 months I get my medication and I'm good to go. Thank you!

Been on the zepbound for the last 3 weeks and now I can't get my next prescription filled due to shortage of medicine. Asked for help from Ro through email and was told I need to call all pharmacies in my area and ask if they have stock. Taking my monthly fee knowing that there is a shortage of medicine.
