Ro takes your money, then says you're not eligible. I went & got the blood tests, they then say I'm not a candidate for weight loss drug. Why wouldn't I be? I'm pre-Diabetic w/ high blood pressure overweight. Big rip off.

The process was so easy! Communication was excellent. I had some issues getting the medication, but it was a pharmacy issue. Ro even helped me get my medication quickly.

They charge you for nothing. Medical exams that you have to pay, try to get you covered by insurance. And if they do it, it results tjat tje medication is out of stock. Meanwhile, they are charging you 150 a month for nothing. The company really just want to take advantage of you and your health problems.
