Felt like a new man ♂️

I had written a review above regarding a $285 charge that was not authorized. After talking to reps who were very good, I received the credit within days. Kudos to their professionalism.

I was approved for the body program, prediabetic, and my goal was to lose weight. I asked about Veteran discounts. They asked me if I had insurance and I told them no. The next day they asked me again about insurance and I again told them no. I am a veteran but I do not have health insurance. I do have VA benefits but again no government or federal insurance like Tricare or Medicare or Medicaid. On the same day I received my compounded semaglutide, I also received an email that they were terminating my subscription and I would no longer be able to get care. They insisted that I have federal government insurance and that disqualifies me. I have sent multiple messages asking why with no response. It seems to me they are discriminating against veterans. Again, just because I served my country honorably and can get a better mortgage deal, get annual checkups at a clinic or get $300 to help with my funeral doesn't mean I have federal government insurance. If I had retired, I would have health insurance through Tricare. I'm 63 and do not have Medicaid or Medicare. Veterans and veteran supporters beware!

I appreciate how well each step of the process has been handled and presented in an easy to comprehend fashion. I would recommend Ro to anyone in my life if they were looking for the same service. I only gave 4 stars because I haven’t finished my experience with them yet, if it keeps going as is has I would give a 5 star review.

In my opinion, I would consider this a legal scam and a waste of $99 to research a website without contact. While it appears to be easy to get access to meds, they will withdraw the $99 fee in less than minutes but once you get insight into the program, you will learn it can take up to 5 bus. day to get started with a "doctor" and up to 6 weeks to get any medication. So you can pay $99 just to get in line for meds and pay up to $175 TWICE before you get the medication in your hands that you will pay $400 to $800 separately for the prescription for weight loss medication. I signed up 2 days before I was notified it could be 2 additional days for a doctor to review my info to see if I qualify for Ozempic. While trying to navigate the website, which seems purposely confusing, I read the timelines for their supply of compounded meds and the wait times to get the meds from an outside pharmacy (which YOU may have to research) and could take me (currently) 4 - 6wks to receive.

Easy to do and quick. No problems, just the way it should be.

THIS COMPANY HAS MADE THIS PROCESS SO QUICK, EASY AND AFFORDABLE. I WAS ABLE TO GET EVERYTHING TAKEN CARE OF AROUND MY SCHEDULE. THEY ARE FAST WITH THEIR CONTACT.
