I've been trying to change my prescription but I'm able to and they keep charging my card

This company is not transparent with its pricing at all. I felt very mislead about the cost and they wouldn’t refund my money after I learned it was going to be $450 a month. There are less expensive companies out there that are transparent with their pricing. Sadly I learned the hard way.

I’ve been on the shot before, but from a Dr. Office. It cost me $240 A WEEK and had to drive a 2 1/2 hr round trip to get it! Could not afford this anymore because I am just a full time in live in care giver for my parents while running a small online business at home. I had to stop because of the long drive and the money was just too much… I gained all my weight back, even though I have an active lifestyle and eating a very healthy diet. So thankful for finding the Ro company!!! 1st week done and 9 pounds down!

They advertise the compounds (generic versions) of their weight loss drugs as available via their website. These are a fraction of the cost of the brand name meds. This is why I decided to apply, because I can not afford $1,200 a month for the brand name plus their fees. But after they had me filled out a bunch of things, then take a blood test, pay a NON-refundable fee, they came back saying I was "approved" but only for the brand name drugs, which meant $1,200 + a month, versus less than $350/month with the compound (generic) versions. THIS was shady and just really BAD business practice. They should tell your FROM the beginning before you pay the NON-refundable fee. It like theft. I had to cancel and loose the non-refundable fee of almost $200. STAY AWAY. Many other providers online that DO offer the generic versions.

They always get back to you in a very timely manner.
