I’ve been a patient since early 2022 and the process couldn’t be easier.

Cost $99 to tell me my insurance doesn’t cover the brand name treatment and then the website doesn’t work. Also unclear how to cancel.

Back in February/March, my credit card suddenly reflected $560+ charge for this company plus a subsequent one for c. $45. I had never signed up for this company, don't get injections, nor had I heard of them. I have a health plan, so I would not need this outfit. I had to contact my credit card company and dispute the charges, so my old card was cancelled. Unbelievably, even with a NEW card number, this company still managed to sneak two charges on it-so now, another card cancellation. What a joke.

The turnaround time was excellent. They were on top of making sure the process went smooth.

Great customer service!

They will take your money for the weight loss and then tell you the medication is not available. They will not respond to refunds. Totally ripped me off.
