Rip off. They make it seem like its 99-145 dollars a month to get the medication you need. NOPE. Its $145 PLUS $300+ depending on which drug you use. The $145 is one on one tracking and support that isnt even used!!!! You cant buy the medicine without paying for this "membership". Do not trust this company.

Ro is a predatory company that uses bait and switch tactics to take funds from customers without providing the services advertised. They hide exclusions in the fine print so that when you sign up and they reject your request they can point to the fine print. Any reputable company would do the honorable thing and refund your money when they can't provide services.

This is the SECOND time Ro had canceled my subscription to the service for having TRICARE insurance. But I DO NOT HAVE TRICARE. Idk where this TRICARE insurance is coming from but I have marketplace insurance that I’ve been using for years. And RO takes it. I’ve been paying my ridiculous $145 a month and then they cancel due to their error?? I do not have the insurance they say I do. I have uploaded my insurance card mutiple times. This is the last straw I’m leaving a bad review because this is the customer service I get while paying $145 a month. Absolutely disgusting.
