UPS is an awful shipping company. They are infamous for their poor service. No self respecting company should use them. No issues with the product at all, just wish they would use more reliable carriers.

Very easy to navigate the website. The questions sections are easy to answer and the medical review is great. The time from ordering and delivering is excellent. Prices are fair but I would like to see it reduced if possible.

Typical bait and switch on the GLP-1. Lots of HUGE BOLD pricing, with fine print that more than doubled the price. NO way to talk with someone. I can go to a local provider for half the price, and be able to talk to a real, live, human being. Remember when you used to have a conversation with people?

Beware of the subscription service. The hidden fine print locks you in even after you cancel.
