Horrible and deceptive practices. Read the fine print for sure. What is billed as $149 a month ends up being well over $300. Their customer service group passes you from one person to another, making it impossible to get any real help or answers.

In my second month. I have paid over 500 for my medication, which you can’t use your HSA, and I am missing my first injection because it hasn’t been sent. I have paid and have my receipt. I have emailed over and over with no response. I am going to have to dispute the charge as there is no way to get in touch with Ro
