my package was left outside my building.When I got home to retrieve it,it was stolen. instead of entering and leaving my package in front of my door. So I am without my package that I paid for. now know package and out of the cost that I paid.

DECEPTIVE DO NOT TRUST ❌ I signed up for the membership and it says $45 for the first month then $145 monthly thereafter. Then when your “approved” you are asked to select one of 3 options that amount to $200+, $500+ or use your own insurance. This was not disclosed at all and you would have to pay the initial cost in order to find even get to the point where your presented with these options. Then the receipt they send you says “non refundable”. Which means that if you decide to cancel right then and there, they would have profited simply by you filling out some questionnaires and telling you “yeah we can charge you more money”. This is WRONG and CRIMINAL.

It was easy to get started and I feel like the team is following up with me throughout the process. The instructional video are very clear & easy to follow. I was able to take my first dose with no issues.

They are totally misleading according to what I saw I was 45 dollars the appointment in medication no you pay the $45 and then you pay over $1,000 for medication and they already take your money until you find this out so watch what you're doing with these people

I used this company for three years for hair products ( finasteride and minoxidil ). A few months ago I decided to use their skincare line. The first order went through fine. When I received my first skincare refill, the enriching cream was no in the box and they sent me an empty bottle of the trentinoin skin treatment. They have no customer support phone number . You can only message them and they refuse to respond. This is a crooked company. I've already been charged for these items. Now I have to dispute these charges with my bank and file a report with the FTC. Just a straight criminal company.
