Communication from online consultation, selection of medications, delivery was quick and not branded so it was a confidential delivery. Instructions were clear and easy to follow.

I signed up for this program in December 2024. My insurance was approved for a specific dose and it was good at first. Then the doctor upped my dosage to 1 mg Ozempic and I was just going to be able to pick it up from my pharmacy, not the case. They failed to tell me that I needed another pre authorization for the new dosage and that it takes more than a month, this is how long I’ve been off my medication. I’m so disappointed with the the long wait times for a response from the care team and how I’m still being charged for monthly subscription without any medication. Don’t advise anyone to use this program.

Not even going to order. Was already bait and switched with pricing and paid for the "subscription" which nowhere explicitly states that it does not include medication and only find that out after paying for and completing their at home blood work. I don't even want to know what other tricks they'd pull once you're in it and when I reached out to the "care team" there was a 3 day wait

Terrific portal. Easy to use and intuitive. Excellent follow-up. This is a great service that makes you feel taken care of but not hassled.
