The medication is great, but the customer service sucks and the app sucks if you try to stop the subscription, they lied to you and say that you never put the subscription on hold. They are total crooks

I subscribed to Ro and the monthly fee does not include and medications. It is simply a membership to buy their products at an additional cost.

Order ed medication or bringing it w your doc can be embarrassing uncomfortable. But ordered from ro. Was easy everyone friendly helpful never felt uneasy or ashamed doc was f'n amazing. So I felt comfortable and saglfe knowing I was getting the medication I needed that would be safe and affective. Would recommend anyone thinking if ordering to not f around and go anywhere but here these mfs are awesome and I sincerely hope they keep kicking ass the way they are.

Paid $45 and was denied. Never saw any doctor or anything. So basically I paid for them to tell me that I could not get the medication with my insurance. They then proceeded to tell me that they have plans for people with no insurance. Too much and I have already wasted $45!!!
