I waited for my order numerous times and was delayed for almost 3 weeks with hardly any communication why? And the delivery location is only 10 minutes away from my home. Unfortunately that didn’t make any difference. I think it’s embarrassing that a big company can’t just deliver their own product on a timely matter. And if you can’t just be honest, don’t string me along for two weeks!

I went to Ro to try out GLP-1 products as they claim they offer a less-expensive product. I did the blood test at home and got results in one day, which was great! It all went downhill from there though. No medications were covered by my insurance. I was still willing to pay the low(ish) price for compounded semaglutide and the membership fee. However when I selected this option, I was then told it wasn't available in my state, California, and my next cheapest option would be $500 for medication plus the monthly fee, nearly double. I really feel like this was a bait and switch as I never would have gone through the trouble had I known there were no affordable options for me.

The "$145 a month, $45 for the first month" offer that clearly stated it included the medication and has you pick out your medication before buying it DOES NOT include the medication. I received an email a day later that i needed to pay an additional $500 for the first month. I dug through the website to see if i was still charged $45 and i was, for a "membership," even though the description on the website says membership "includes medication." it does not. You must pay for a membership and then after you pay youll get a notification of how much the medications actually cost and pay that separately.

the pricing on their advertising was scammed! they said the subscription with the drug was 145 but at the end they thats only the subscription not included the drug..for the drug you have to pay 245 so bring ther total 400 a month.
