My son,who is 6’2 feet and weight now 145 lb still getting the injection,no one cares,if patient still needs the medication or lowering the dosage.Very frustrating

I like how RO carefully packaged my prescription.

Was billed on July 3 2025 . Order sent July 8 . Everyday they update delivery day saying coming tomorrow .they offer tracking but the tracking number from ups comes back as saying the service they used is not day specific . Can’t get anybody at company to answer anything . Have not had this problem in the past with them . However really no answers , not even a slightly i care!

I used them for 2 months. You can never talk to a representative. They do not read the messages you send them and they take a long time(3 days) to respond to any messages. That is not chatting 24/7 as their site advertising states. I expect more from a company that charges $145 a month just to be part of their program. That is on top of any medication you may need.
