The taste, time to ingest, and long lasting results are a definite plus. The packaging is easy to store and use. Compared to the others that are bitter, clumsily packaged, and with questionable "advantages", I prefer to stay with Ro Sparks after trying others.

Signed up for $45 a month for a membership and $99 for Ozempic. Next month I’m charged $145 for the membership and $199 for Ozempic. Luckily it is easy to cancel.

Hi there. We’re sorry for the frustration this caused and understand how the pricing can feel unclear. The $45 enrollment fee covers your initial provider consultation and assistance with insurance, while the $145 monthly membership covers ongoing medical support and care management. Medication is not included in the membership fee, and is dependent if you will be using your insurance. We'll reach out to see if there's anything we can do to help here!

After going back and forth for months when they they told me my insurance provided coverage, I finally cancelled the membership. It is very difficult to communicate through the app and it was a different person each time that never looked at the previous communications. I spent $150 and never got any service before i gave up and cancelled.

Very effective.

I had exactly what I wanted. I just wanted pills I could take when I need to, not something I had to take twice daily for the rest of my life. With a few questions the prescription was approved, and the pills work great. I am really very happy with this company.
