Very misleading in the beginning where it's makes you think you have to join the program for $39, and then it goes up to a $149 a month in small writing, along with $299 for the medication. It was not clear in the beginning and I did not have to join that subscription or club whatever they called it. PLUS THE PRICE GOES UP WHEN YOU HAVE TO INCREASE DOSAGE AMOUNT.

I feel it's a good company because RO is very thorough.

Watch out because when you select what you want and put in all your information They say they are going to review to see if you qualify and there is no verification next thing you know your card is billed and they tell you they are working on it so if you are undecided don’t put in your information But other than that was very satisfied how easy and quick it was

After being released from the program last month, I received an email that I was being charged for a 3 month supply. I did not order that as I thought I was canceled. I emailed the care team and got an AI response that I could not get a refund. I finally found a phone number and could not understand the man on the phone. He didn’t speak English very well, I asked him to speak a little slower. This is becoming a problem now. Hopefully they refund me and I can move on.
