The program was misleading
The program was misleading. I thought it was $39 for first month medication and then the normal price. You did refund the $199 but not the $39 membership! I did not know it was a membership subscription. I would like the $39 refunded as well. I did not use this program at all. Thank you

Run far away from Ro
They do not tell you that you have to pay $149 a month for their "subscription service" in order to keep getting the meds you've already paid for. This is shady and completely unacceptable. Spend your money with any other company than this one
