I’m very disappointed with my experience with Ro’s weight loss program. One of my biggest frustrations is how quickly they start pushing you to refill your medication. I had only been on a new medication/dose for about a week when I was already being prompted to refill. That doesn’t feel like enough time to know how well the medication is working or to properly discuss concerns. I also don’t feel like my concerns about my slow weight loss have really been heard or addressed. The program is expensive, especially considering the level of support I feel I’ve received. I’ve also gotten emails advertising lower prices, but those lower prices don’t seem to be reflected in what I’m actually being charged or offered. I wanted this program to feel more personalized and focused on my progress, but instead I’ve felt pressured to keep refilling and paying. For the cost of the membership and medication, I expected better communication, clearer pricing, and more attention to my individual experience.

I met with the nurse practitioner and she was great and my medicine is on the way!

The taste under the tongue is SO UNBEARABLE it makes this “solution” untenable. The second time I tried it I started to gag from the sharp painful taste of pure concentrated evil. I almost puked, but instead took out the pill and went back to the old reliable pill you just swallow without tasting the nightmare.

Everything was very professional and surprisingly easy to understand. I found it to be affordable medicine that I was searching for.

The Ro team is very responsive. I know if I have questions they will respond quickly with quality answers. The process was also fast and efficient which is appreciated. Look forward to getting started.
