Well, it wasn’t explained very well that the $39 that you get charged was only like some kind of medical review or whatever I thought that was for your first months supply because then I was promptly charged $149 like a few days later, I was very surprised at that and not happy about that. It was very misleading the way that it was set up.

It is all my fault - and - I did not find their information to be transparent because there was no indication what the medication costs would be. They of course charged me their monthly rate before I had even set up my account, which irked, and I couldn't ascertain total monthly charges without signing up andthen being charged. Once I figured that out, the monthly amount would be just shy of $500 a month - which I can't afford. Disappointing. So, I canceled in less than 24 hours and had the $39 they charged be a learning fee.

Advertised $39. for first month. Then charged me not only the $39, but another $299. I have received nothing. I'll be informing VISA of the mischarge and asking them to void the transaction.

I never received anything. I waited days to get everything approved paid and it had been processing for 8 days now. Said ships 2-5. Hasn’t even shipped out yet
