The questions were pretty straightforward and thorough. I had my prescription within a few days. I like that I had options for how the medicine would be dispensed (pill, injection, pen, etc). The medicine arrived with very thorough instructions that were very helpful for a newbie. I just started but overall I am pleased with Ro so far.

Horrible company. They do not send refills on time (even when ordered WEEKS in advance). There is literally no way to reach a human being. They are denying healthcare by Being so irresponsible with medication timing. Do Not Use
