Things went well

The medication was very easy to administer. The website, though, is another story. I try to put in a password. The email you send says to push the button below. There is no button below.

Easy to use website. Very quick response. Good feedback. Survey questions clear & simple. Gave me a sense of being cared about my well being.

I am going to get my first month if medication and then I’ll cancel.. I think this is a ripoff and very misleading…They dont tell you upfront that its $149 per month for the membership and then $150 also for the medication.. Thats $300 per month which is ridiculous when i can get the compounded medication for $100 no membership from elsewhere

They are very quick to respond and get you approved . Definitely very informative and fast. I can’t wait to get the medicine and start my journey

I would say “quick and painless”. It’s so much of a hassle to go through insurance. Ro gives you that choice. Yes, I wish they would pay for it. But that doesn’t happen that way. I have been on Zepbound since April and I have lost 20 lbs. However, between my dr getting back to me, and waiting and waiting for the insurance company to approve it, I have now missed 1 injection. So, instead of waiting even more, I contacted Ro. Before I knew it, I had a dr contact me and order it. Now, it might not come right away, but I know it’s on the way. I was paying more at my pharmacy than I am through Ro. No more anxiety of waiting on things to work out.
