Do not trust their "medication in 1 week" promise. It is a predatory marketing tactic. They process an upfront starter charge instantly, but they don't provide any product—only a program enrollment receipt. When you realize the hidden insurance barriers they omitted in their ads and try to cancel, their portal is completely broken and says no subscription exists, making it impossible to terminate your account online. I had to dispute the charge directly with my bank to block them from future billing. Unprofessional and deceptive business practices.
