Great online customer service
Great online customer service, multi-disciplinary staff, evidence -based, prompt delivery. After my first month I would like to go to pill form.

Ro is one of thee best
Ro is one of thee best, they're always on time with your medical, and if you have a problem about anything they will fix it.. The only thing I don't like about Ro is that you can't talk with a live person, you have to text, I don't think that is professional, but other than that I love this company..

Ro was very deceptive
Ro was very deceptive about their pricing and was double what they advertised. Took for 6 months and never lost a pound. I asked to talk to someone every month and was told to use online system. Would not recommend at all. Currently on another program and have no food noise and am losing weight. Poor customer service!!!!
