Ro is a very praiseworthy company. The doctors and staff really care. I can’t say enough about their prompt service, concern, and sincere help.

Terrible billing practices, confusing discounts that don't amount to any discount. Their online process is terrible, emails terrible, try clicking on a link and asks you the same qualifying questions every time. I won't make it past 22 days because I can't stand dishonest ethically questionable businesses. If you read this and still decide to place an order I told you so. REPLY to your nonsense. Wouldn't $149 prescription plus monthly fee of $149 be $298 a month. Not like it's a choice on the required monthly fee, so why not be up front on the total monthly charges.

So far they have done a good job getting my plan in shape! While I haven’t gotten my medication as yet, I do feel confident that the steps needed to begin this treatment will done and I can start my weight loss journey!

I used one company for 7 months and service was good but ultimately I was being overcharged when there’s lots of competition out there. Shame on me for not switching sooner. Went to another company for a month and the service was just terrible. So far with RO, I’ve recieved upfront information with quick responses. I was told price would be locked so let’s see if that promise holds true. Honestly should have just gone with the reputable name instead of always just trying to find the cheapest. I feel god about this switch!

I am so surprised. Before I came to Ro I tried another weight loss company and it was nothing but problems. I cannot believe how easy this was. The whole reason I did this was for the ease of getting the medication and I can’t believe that it was so painless!

I wanted to find out what they would charge me for Trizepatide but the sight makes you fill out all this health information to determine your eligibility and provide a credit card at the end to submit. When you submit, they automatically charge you a $39 membership fee on that card before they tell you "your information will be reviewed by a medical professional to determine if you are eligible in 2-3 days. I ended up buying it on a different site where it didn't take 2-3 days to get a decision by Ro had already charge the $39 and would not refund it. So, even if I had not been eligible, they still would have kept my $39 that I didn't think was going to be charged until they confirmed I was eligible.
