Upfront about the costs and future costs. Didn't oversell on the capabilities of compounded and brand name product, and clearly explained the differences between them.

Super easy and fast to get my prescription! Filled it out yesterday, submitted my insurance and picked up my script this morning. Less than 24 hour turnaround!!

Doesn't seem to work well.

First, the $39 promotion is just the membership. This wasn't disclosed at the point of purchase. After selecting the medication, I was immediately charged the $149, that was supposed to be the charge for the medication for the months that follow, not the first month of medication. I was unaware that I was being charged both for every month. What makes this even worse, is the fact that they also doesn't disclose that there are no refunds after charging you and there isn't a phone number to reach customer service. The worse experience I have ever had. If you are okay with the things I mentioned, then good luck to you and your experience.
