Communication was confusing
Communication was confusing; so many emails and different people responding. Charged me $39 even though i canceled within 12 hours; As soon as I found out the advertisement was misleading and it was twice as much $. When I was told there would be no refund, I told them to go ahead and send the medicine out and then somebody else canceled the medicine. It was all very confusing. Nothing but grief and they charged me $39. For no service. there needs to be a phone number so people can call and speak to one person.
