I’ve thought for over a year about taking this next step in my health journey. I explored different options on how to go about this. I did my due diligence on looking in all the places, and finally took my steps in choosing Ro. In less than 2 hours I was approved and chose my medication. Simple! The next day in less than 24 hours my insurance report came back. My prescription is being readied and next step is shipment. So easy! So quick!

Shipped Fourdayo pills after I cancelled due to ordering wegevy 2.5mg pills. No way to contact anyone by phone and now charged $299. If no responce, I will file a complaint with BBB.

I was excited about starting and the pricing seemed good until I signed up and seen that the pricing goes up for the medication. I’m more than likely going to cancel after this first order. I don’t want to pay 150 for a “membership “ and then 150+ for the shot. Just more let downs. I can’t afford to pay that much to lose some weight. Tactics like this is why people can’t get help, corporations just looking for ways to make money and not caring about the service they provide.

Medication pricing can vary by dose, but members are not required to increase their dose if they're seeing good results on their current one, as treatment is personalized based on their progress and provider guidance. The Ro Body membership is billed separately and includes ongoing access to licensed providers, prescription management, regular check-ins, secure messaging with your care team, and optional 1:1 nurse coaching. I thought my initial medication and to start was $39. Instead I am paying $39 + price of medication. On top of that it is non refundable if I cancel. Which I did when I realize I have to pay extra. Although I canceled you are still trying to charge my card additional fees. Misleading advertisement, deceptive practices.
