Great job everything went well

So helpful and fast!

This was such a simple process from beginning too end. The instructions on administering my dosage, to injecting myself for the first time ever. No Big Deal. Very easy and straight forward. I had two Dr's reach out to me, which I appreciate. Now, the moment of truth awaits.

The signing up was easy enough. Hopeful that this medication will help in weight loss and lowering A1C

Pretty quick process

It was advertised as being $149/month with a credit of $110 the first month. What they fail to explain is the membership is $149/month and the medication is an additional $149. Do research and you find the same medication elsewhere that isn’t a rip off.

Everything went wrong I wouldnt even put a star but in order for me to put a message i had to select at least 1 star. So I had gone through this subscription and it showed where RO was going to take off $110 for my first order and my insurance paid the rest so I thought ok its going to be free for the 1st one I'll go through with it. So I went through answering questions and everything it asked of me and bam I got charged $149.00 and I got a $35 over draft fee from my bank. I am now getting a refund of the $149 but I know RO wont pay my overdraft fee. So here I am getting an overdraft that I have to pay for no reason. Shame on you.
