Pretty seamless and quick

It wasn't explained early on that the $39 was only the first month. Then when I picked which plan I wanted I thought I was getting the (pen shot) but what I got was the actual needle shot. I hate these because the needles are so dull - it does not want to go through my skin. I did like that this company is fast - I ordered one day and delivered the next - that was fast.

the experience was good but not everything in the way of instructions were clear. I'm very satisfied with my experience and hope I will have continued good experiences.

From start to finish Ro has been to the point, up front and honest. Quick process and efficiency. I signed up, got confirmation and the pharmacy is ready to send in a day and a half. They reassure you that they are with you every step of the way. Thank you.

So easy so far and cheaper than I’ve seen elsewhere

The website does nothing but crash continuously and I can't get in touch with Ro. They charged me $149 that I didn't authorize and I have no way to cancel. They are shysters and thieves.
