I made the decision yesterday to get healthy. I tried RO as I wanted the pill, not injections. I was surprised as to how thorough they were. I can't wait to get started. It was easy, though & made me feel special. Give them a try!!

The AD i seen was false adverisement! Nowhere in the ad did it say “medication sold separately”. You show a picture of the Zepbound pen at $39 and $149 after yet once they take your money they then try to charge you $299 for the shots. Also they dont tell you its non refundable until you want a refund. If you’re not going to do what your AD says then don’t pay to blast your FALSE ADVERTISING! Scam! It’s cheaper to go through your doctor!

Being more upfront about pricing would help. You are lead to believe that the $149 a month for the body membership includes everything. When your receipt reflects the $39 first month discount this is expected. What is not expected is the second receipt for the additional $149 charge for your shipment which you are then told will be charged every month also.

There are two charges: 1) Ro Body Program (includes a personalized treatment plan, up to 24 live video sessions per year with your health coach, ongoing provider support with 1:1 messaging, a step-by-step curriculum, and through our partners, insurance coverage support is needed. ) 2. Medication fee. This caries depending on your medication choice, the dose and your preferred payment method. Fast shipping and first visit for membership and medication wasn’t too pricy, but I want to see if it works. So, I’m giving it a try and hopefully it works! 😊

Ro.Co is one of the worst companies I've ever bought a product from. They have predatory price increases, their ads are incredibly deceptive, and they don't have a call in number so you can't get a refund. They advertise GLP 1s for $69, but in reality its $150/month for the medicine, + a $150 "membership fee".

This website is incredibly simple to use and helpful. The series of questions helped them to determine if I was illegible and what dosage I should use to meet my goal. I would strongly recommend this website and product to my family and friends alike!

I placed my initial order for a Ro product not knowing how long it would take to arrive. At the end of the ordering process I could see that it was not going to arrive before an upcoming trip I had scheduled, and I wanted to have it before I left. I went back to the website, and found where to ask for expedited shipping. After making my request, I received assurances that Ro was "on it". Sure enough, my order arrived in time for my trip. Since this process needed to happen over a weekend, I was quite surprised that it was successful. I don't encounter that superior level of customer support very often.
