Easy to deal with

Finally made the big decision..Looked at many different companies.Ro met my needs. Process was so easy and the price was great. Just received my prescription and today is my first day to take the wegovy pill. Excited to continue my journey with Ro support!

The membership and meds are expensive separate charges. 150$ for a monthly "membership", and a separate charge for the medicine is absolutely ridiculous. There are other sites that you can buy just the drugs without having to pay the ridiculous membership fees. The introductory fee is a lie and they won't tell you the actual price until after you pay that. And it just so happens, it's non refundable. How convenient. I do not recommend this site.

Ease and quality

Well, the process here is efficient and up to medical standards. I came back because my P.C. took SO long to get back to me , and then wanted an office visit to prescribe : that was to be two months In the meantime , I'd run out of my med. BUT in one month I lost ten lbs!!!!!!!!!!

False advertising. Add says get started for $39, but that’s only off 1st month Maintenance fee. After that it’s $149 mo. Also ad says $199 for the GLP1, but that’s only for the pill. The Quik Pen is $299 mo to start & goes up from there! !

As other people had mentioned the “club” fee and medicine fee is not well disclosed so many people feel they’re getting scammed. Even if you’re aware of this before you buy the true cost of the medicine is the medicine fee plus the “club” which puts the medicine way above other ways of obtaining it. For example your PCP can get you this medicine for the cheapest available price plus a $15 - $20 copay.

I’ve found Ro to be one of the easiest sites to navigate , the format is very user friendly and efficient . I’m just beginning my journey with the process of receiving medication but so far , so good . Other websites were difficult and I’d give up .
