Easy to converse with people about my concerns

After committing to $39 cost the first month. My card was charged for $39 and then additional $149 on the same day with no explanation. Sent a follow up email and never heard back.

I’ve just joined but the process so far has been very easy.

I enjoyed the interaction

It was very quick to order and answer the survey questions. The only thing I think may have happened is that I order twice due to log in errors.

I am extremely happy and with the excellent service Ro has provided me. I tried for weeks to schedule an appointment with my primary doctor without any success for a prescription refill. My wife suggested Ro and within a few days including weekends my prescription was refilled and will arrive at my front within 48 hours. Thank you!
