The delivery was not communicated well. No way to speak with fedex to find status of package. Not a good experience so far!

Just started, haven't received meds yet, but so far everything send pretty simple and straight forward.

The webpage was easy to follow. I was able to obtain the help. Only that still. It is a little expensive the membership to obtain the product.

I found that dealing with Ro.com a very easy process. It is a very useful resource. The price is reasonable and service quality is professional.

I did not like that i didn't find out the true cost until the end . And about using insurance they kinda had the used car salesman approach making you feel like everything will be delayed if you dont buy now and figure out insurance later. I have not tried the product yet .the true price was 39for intro and it's 150 a month , thats what I think it is .

The company is very fast and efficient. One thing that is confusing is the sales add states $39.00 charge the first month then $149.00 each month following. I got charged both for the first month. Is this a mistake or false advertising? Or a misunderstanding?

I do like the product, but its way too expensive to continue throughout the year. I also dislike the taste of the lozenge, but I can see why others may like it.
