Not happy with the ‘bait & switch’ pricing for the medication.

The initial setup process was smooth and easy; however, my main issue lies in the lack of transparency regarding pricing when changing medications. I had a six-month prepaid subscription that included my medications, but when I switched to another brand, they charged me again instead of adjusting the prepaid expense. They informed me that they could not refund the remaining subscription amount until the subscription period ends. Despite canceling my subscription, they claimed they could not issue a refund for three months while continuing to charge me monthly for the new medication. Additionally, I find the application not very user-friendly, and the customer care experience has been disappointing. While providers can message patients, patients cannot respond directly to their messages, making it challenging to obtain support when needed. Moreover, the provider responses often sound generic and appear to be standard templates rather than personalized advice. I was approved for a dosage decrease after completing a refill check for a medication I had only been on for a week, during which I confirmed there were no side effects. I raised these concerns with customer care and inquired about a phone number for additional support, but I never received a response. Overall, I have been disappointed with the services and do not plan to continue after my current medication supply. I would not recommend to friends, family, or colleagues.
