Fast. Easy the hardest part was entering my medication‘s.

The app is misleading. Advertising meds for $149 / mth. Then adding a membership fee to get the cost up to $250. Click bait.

I thought I was signed up and had chosen a package and received a receipt and then I started getting more texts from the doctor and had to choose a different plan. I was asked for payment for the new plan and then received a second receipt for payment. I’m not sure what I’ll receive or how much it will cost. It was very confusing.

Beware of hidden costs. I thought that I had thoroughly researched before I committed to ro. Behold! After 4 weeks Im being charged a $ 145 fee each month for support services. These actual support is minimal and not worth a dime. You can't get a refund!
